Access & withdrawal policy
Delivery of access
Access details are sent to the email address given at checkout within 24 hours of payment on working days. If nothing has arrived after that time, check your spam folder and then write to training@medsmith.pl quoting the reference shown on your order page.
Access periods
- Streamed lecture modules: 12 months from the day access is granted.
- Complete program: 24 months from the day access is granted.
- Written casebook, atlases and reference sheets: downloadable, permanently yours.
Withdrawal before access is delivered
Until access details have been sent, you can cancel any order for a full refund. Email us with your order reference; the refund is made by the payment provider to the original payment method within 14 days.
After access is delivered
This is digital content. At checkout you expressly ask us to deliver access before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that, once access is delivered, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. This follows art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Directive 2011/83/EU). We apply the rule as written — and we also apply common sense: if you bought the wrong module by mistake and have not opened it, write to us within 14 days and we will exchange it.
Content that does not work
If a file does not open, a lecture is missing or streamed access fails, that is a conformity issue, not a withdrawal: we repair or replace it, and refund if we cannot. Write to us and we respond within 14 days.
