One order, one payment, a seat for every trainee.
Departments enrol residents and laboratory staff under a single order. Seats are personal, progress is tracked per person, and the training lead can ask for a summary at any time.

How it works
Pick the modules and the number of seats
Each module line in the cart has a quantity. Mix modules freely — three seats of the complete program and eight of the cytology module is one order.
Pay once, on the institution's card
The checkout takes the institution's name and VAT number; the payment receipt is issued by our payment provider to the email you give. Bank transfer is available for 11+ seats by arrangement.
Send us the names
Reply to the confirmation email with one name and address per seat. Access details go to each person within 24 hours on working days; the order page lists every seat.
Follow progress
The training lead receives a summary of modules started, assessments passed and hours logged — on request, or monthly if you prefer.
Seats & pricing
List price per seat, VAT included. Set the quantity in the cart; no paperwork.
Departmental arrangement: staggered start dates, a named training lead, institutional invoicing. Write to us with the module list.
Programme licence for a teaching hospital or a national training body, with a dedicated onboarding session for coordinators.

Questions departments ask
Can seats start on different dates?
Yes. Access for each seat begins when we send that person's details; you can send names in batches. Each seat's access period counts from its own activation.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
For orders above ten seats, yes — write to us with the module list and the institution's details and we send a pro-forma. Orders up to ten seats are paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout.
Do trainees see each other's results?
No. Each seat is private. The training lead receives an aggregate summary and, with the trainee's knowledge, individual progress.
Is there a discount for many seats?
Up to ten seats are at list price. For departmental arrangements we quote per programme; write to us with the numbers.
Can our institution's name appear on certificates?
Certificates name the trainee and the programme. We add a line naming the training institution on request for departmental orders.
Enrolling more than ten?
Send the module list, the number of seats and a start date to training@medsmith.pl. We reply within 24 hours on working days.
